ORDERING

Orders may be placed via direct checkout on the Wholesale Portal of berbostudio.com. An automated email confirmation for your order will be sent when your payment clears. Please contact erin@berbo.studio with any questions.

First Time Orders
Within 24 hours of receiving your order we will reach out to confirm your shop name, location, website, and social media links; please be prepared to provide a digital copy of your seller’s permit at this time.

All Orders
Within 24 hours of receiving your order we will reach out to provide an approximate shipping date. Please allow 1-2 weeks for order fulfillment, plus shipping time (unless otherwise noted in the listing you’ve purchased — e.g. preordered items).

California Customers
Your order will automatically include CA state sales tax until a valid state seller’s permit is submitted to erin@berbo.studio, at which point taxes will be refunded via the original payment method.

MINIMUMS & QUANTITIES

Opening order minimum: $150
Re-order minimum: $100

All items are packaged for individual sale in your store, but we offer them for wholesale in denominations (“packs”) of four. This is simply for ease of maintaining inventory on our end. We appreciate your understanding!

PAYMENT

We accept all major credit/debit cards or PayPal via our direct checkout system.

PACKAGING

  • Bandanas are folded & packaged with info card/care instructions and secured with coordinating plant-dyed twine. (Optional kraft gift boxes with design story are available for $.50 each.)

  • Socks are folded & packaged with info/care card inside a branded cotton pouch.

SHIPPING

Orders are packed with care and sent via USPS Priority Mail from our Los Angeles studio. Shipping costs are calculated automatically by weight and size. An automated email containing tracking info will be sent at the time of shipment.

RETURNS & DAMAGES

Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery if there is a problem with your order. We are happy to fix any mistakes caused on our end, but do not offer returns or exchanges on damaged or unsold goods.
